This User Agreement (hereinafter — the "Agreement") sets out the terms of use of the journal's website and the materials published on it. By using the website, the user confirms that they have read and accept these terms.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the term "Publisher" refers to AI Academic Ltd., on whose behalf and instruction ALTN LLP carries out the technical operation of the website.

1. General Provisions
1.1. The journal's website is the official resource for the publication and dissemination of scholarly materials.
1.2. All materials are published in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and international standards of scholarly publishing.
1.3. This Agreement applies to all users of the website: authors, reviewers, readers and members of the editorial board.

2. Rights and Obligations of Users
2.1. The user undertakes to provide accurate information when registering and submitting materials.
2.2. The user has the right to:
2.2.1. freely read and use published articles for scholarly and educational purposes;
2.2.2. cite materials, provided that authorship and the source are duly credited.
2.3. The user is prohibited from:
2.3.1. posting materials that violate the law, copyright or ethical standards;
2.3.2. using the website to distribute spam, malicious software or other unlawful activity;
2.3.3. altering, copying or distributing materials without indicating the source.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Publisher
3.1. The Publisher (the journal) has the right to:
3.1.1. edit and update the content of the website without prior notice to users;
3.1.2. remove materials that violate this Agreement or the law;
3.1.3. restrict access for users who violate the rules.
3.2. The Publisher undertakes to:
3.2.1. ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the publication of materials;
3.2.2. store and process users' personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy;
3.2.3. take measures to ensure the availability and security of the website.

4. Copyright
4.1. All articles and materials belong to their respective authors.
4.2. The journal publishes materials under a Creative Commons Attribution license (CC BY 4.0).
4.3. Users may use the materials freely, provided that authorship and the source are indicated.

5. Liability of the Parties
5.1. The user is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for compliance with the law.
5.2. The journal is not liable for:
5.2.1. temporary unavailability of the website for technical reasons;
5.2.2. the accuracy and completeness of information in authors' publications;
5.2.3. users' use of materials outside the scope of the license.

6. Dispute Resolution
6.1. All disputes and disagreements shall be resolved through negotiation.
6.2. If a dispute cannot be settled, it shall be referred to the judicial authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

7. Amendments and Additions
7.1. The journal reserves the right to change the terms of this Agreement without prior notice to users.
7.2. The updated version takes effect from the moment of its publication on the website.

8. Acceptance of the Policies and Agreements
8.1. A user who is an author or other person using the journal's platform confirms that they have read all the website's policies and accept their terms. Ignorance of these provisions does not release the user from their obligations.
8.2. The fact of using the website, including registration, submission of an article or downloading materials, constitutes acceptance of a public offer and is equivalent to signing a written agreement.
8.3. All website policies (Privacy Policy, Copyright Policy, Open Access Policy, Ethics Policy, Peer Review Policy and others) form an integral part of this Agreement.
8.4. Violation of the provisions of the Agreement and the policies shall result in refusal of publication, removal of materials, or restriction of access to the platform.
8.5. The Publisher reserves the right to change the terms of the Agreement and the policies. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated versions.
